1. Introduction to working principle of injection molding

The working principle of the injection molding machine is similar to the principle of syringe infusion. It uses the thrust of the screw (or plunger) to inject the plasticized plastic in the molten state (that is, the viscous flow state) into the closed injection mold at high pressure and high speed. In the cavity, the process of obtaining a plastic product that is almost consistent with the shape of the mold cavity after cooling and solidifying. Injection molding is a cyclic process, and each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding→melt plasticization→pressure injection→filling and cooling→opening the mold to take parts. After taking out the plastic parts, the mold is closed again, and the next cycle is carried out.
