The blow molding machine is specially designed for the production of 5 gallon bottles with an output of up to 100 BPH for 5 gallon bottles. It consists of a host and a rotating infrared heater. Ordinary quartz lamps do not heat the preform ideally because the preform walls are too thick. The infrared heater with high penetration can heat the inside and outside of the preform at the same time, and keep the preform heated evenly, so the finished product is of high quality.
